Portal messages and telehealth tools:

We work to keep the Portal running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Continuous access
  • No downtime
  • Error-free performance

We may update, suspend, or limit access for maintenance or security reasons.

8. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your Portal access if:

  • You misuse the portal
  • You share your login information
  • You violate these terms
  • Your care with the clinic ends

You may request to close your Portal account at any time.

  • If we make changes, we will update the date at the bottom of this page.
  •  Your continued use of the Portal means you accept the updated terms.
